Chính sách miễn học phí cho con của sinh viên đang học tại các trường cao đẳng, đại học ở tỉnh bang Ontario 

Trích dẫn tóm tắt: Mục 49 (7) (e) (iv) của Luật Giáo dục của tỉnh bang Ontario quy định như sau:

Hội đồng trường phổ thông công lập sẽ không thu học phí đối với học sinh nếu cha mẹ hoặc người giám hộ hợp pháp của học sinh này ở Canada đang là sinh viên chính quy toàn thời gian (full-time student) tại một trường đại học, cao đẳng hoặc tổ chức giáo dục ở tỉnh bang Ontario… nhận tài trợ từ chính phủ của bang Ontario.

Sinh viên chính quy toàn thời gian của cấp bậc sau trung học được áp dụng trong điều khoản này là sinh viên chính quy đang học chương trình cử nhân, cao đẳng hoặc chứng chỉ. Đối với chương trình chứng chỉ, sinh viên phải học tối thiểu 2 đến 3 học kỳ hoặc hơn 600 giờ học trên lớp và đạt các tiêu chuẩn của Chứng chỉ III theo quy định Khung bằng cấp chuyên môn của tỉnh bang Ontario.

Trường Cao đẳng / Đại học mà ba mẹ đang theo học phải là trường được công nhận trong danh sách các trường Cao đẳng/Đại học công lập. Sau đây là danh sách các trường cao đẳng / đại học được công nhận:
